Our Mission
The W.L. Sparky O’Cain Lodge 3 is committed to promoting public safety and strengthening relationships between law enforcement and the community. Through a variety of outreach initiatives, we work to build trust, support families, and create positive connections that last. Our programs focus on community engagement, education, and assistance, helping to foster mutual respect and understanding between law enforcement and the public we serve.
Our Elected Officers
Lodge member meetings typically held on the last Monday of every month. Officers are elected on a yearly basis. Each term is for one year.
