Located in Macon, Georgia, the FOP W.L. Sparky O’Cain Lodge 3 is composed of local, state, and federal law enforcement officers residing in or around Middle Georgia. We are a fraternal organization that provides camaraderie and support to our brothers and sisters in the law enforcement community.

Community Involvement
The WL Sparky O’Cain Lodge 3 promotes public safety and strives to increase trust and rapport between the public and law enforcement officers. We run programs such as Shop with Law Enforcement, which takes children from low income families shopping, building lifelong trust. We also have a Christmas program and back-to-school program under this initiative.

History
FOP Lodge #3 is the oldest lodge in Georgia named after fallen Macon Police Detective Walter L. O’Cain serving both our law enforcement community and the citizens of Macon-Bibb County.
